Send an email to your iphone with a link in the following format:

http://www.somebogusdomainname.com/put-your-javascript-bookmarklet-here

Click on that link on your iphone. Bookmark it. Then edit the bookmark to remove the http://www.somebogusdomainname.com/ part

But if you touch a bit longer, the bubble remains – lift your finger and tap near the bubble, and the link will open in a new window. It worked from macworld and tuaw, which *may* be mobile safari biased.”

It works everywhere I’ve tried it.
